In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form or Our Calculator
If you request our products, services, or submit an inquiry form to receive an offer via our calculator, we will process your contact details provided to us—mainly through the inquiry form—and any parameters you enter. These include: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, your requirements regarding our products and services, and any additional data you may provide in the inquiry or calculator or later during further communication.
Why?
We will contact you to arrange details regarding the goods and services.
On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiations prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract.
How long will we process your data?
If no further cooperation is established, your data will be processed for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase
If you purchase goods or services from us, we will process the data you provide during the purchase. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, e-mail, phone number, address, and purchase information.
Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the purchased goods and services. Using your contact details, we will also communicate with you about the status of your order, complaints, or inquiries.
We also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, and for handling complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will we process your data?
For the duration of the service provision and thereafter for 10 years from the last service provided or goods delivered – this period follows from tax and accounting regulations.
C. Review Verification
If you made a purchase and left a review, we may verify (where possible) that you were indeed our customer and that the review relates to actual purchased products or services.
Why?
Consumer protection regulations (in particular the Consumer Protection Act) require us to verify, where we present a review as authentic (from our customer), that such a review is reasonably verified.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations.
How long will we process your data?
For as long as we keep the review in our marketing materials/on our website.
D. Analytics
We also use data about your purchase (what, when, under what conditions) for analytical purposes. Based on these data, we know which products to restock, where to strengthen our services, where to reduce, what to expect economically in future periods, and how to optimize our products.
Why?
We need data to properly manage and develop our company.
On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing based on legitimate interest.
How long will we process your data?
For 6 months; thereafter the data will either be anonymized for these purposes or will no longer be processed.

E. Sending a CV
If you respond to an open job position and send us your CV for a recruitment process, we process the personal data in your CV and your contact details for recruitment purposes.
On what legal basis?
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract and cooperation.
How long will we process your data?
Until the end of the recruitment process. After it ends, we will continue processing your personal data only if we agree on further cooperation with you or if you give us your consent.

Your data remain with us. However, some companies or self-employed individuals work with us and may access your data because they help us run our business. These include:

III. User Account
If you registered for our user account, we will process your personal data based on your consent, i.e. under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is entirely up to you and voluntary.
To create the account, we process the personal data you provide in the registration form – name, e-mail address.
In the account, we store data about your orders, services provided, and personal data you enter into your profile, i.e. name, surname, and addresses.
We will use personal data to manage your account and provide services for as long as you use the account. We will deactivate your account and delete your data if you do not use the account for more than 5 years. You may also deactivate your account at any time (i.e. withdraw your consent to processing). In such case, your personal data will be deleted.

Our company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
We process personal data within the EU, or in U.S. tools where the providers have joined the Data Privacy Framework program.
Under GDPR, you have the right, among other things, to contact us and request information on what personal data we process, request access to such data, have them updated or corrected, request restriction of processing, obtain a copy of processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases exercise the right to data portability. Consents given are revocable at any time and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
